FAQ’s

Please refer to the below FAQ’s to answer your queries ahead of the fair. If you have an additional question please contact the team

Parking – There is free parking available at the fair. You will be directed by car park attendants. Please do no park in the Daylesford shop carpark.

Tickets – Please have your tickets ready for scanning at the entrance. They can be scanned directly from your phone, or can be printed if you prefer

Workshops & Demonstrations – Throughout the fair there is a schedule of interactive workshops and demo’s led by industry experts. These are all complimentary and included in your tickets price. Please reserve your space online when purchasing your tickets.

Food & Drink – Food & drink will be available to purchase through out the fair from our cafe, hosted by Potted Goose. We also have several coffee bars on site. We kindly ask that you don’t bring your own food or drink to the fair.

Fair Purchases – In general all stallholders will take card payments. We advise bringing some cash along just in case or should you wish to make a donation to WellChild.

Covid Precautions –  In the interest of safety and care, hand sanitisers will be available. We are very much mask friendly so if you prefer to wear a mask please do so. As per last year our aisles will be wider to allow improved flow around the fair.

Dogs – Unfortunately due to the nature of the event, we only allow guide dogs at the fair.

Disabled Access – The fair is hosted in a marquee which is accessible for wheelchair users. There are also disabled toilets onsite. As we are located in a field the ground from the carpark to marquee can be uneven. Please ask our car parking staff should you need assistance. They will be very happy to help.

Ticket Refunds – We are unable to refund the cost of any tickets purchased. Refunds will only be available if the event is cancelled.
