The Fair is hosted within the estate of Todenham Manor Farm. Just 5 minutes outside Moreton-in-Marsh, a stone’s throw from easy access routes, the A429 (Fosse Way) and A44, and mainline station Moreton-in-the-Marsh.

PLEASE NOTE – the event site is not at Todenham Manor Farm Shop

By Car
Please use the postcode GL56 9NW – Please note that the postcode will try to direct you through Moreton Fire College. There is no access to the Fair via the fire college. Please continue through Moreton and access via the Todenham Road.

There are both pre-paid hardstanding parking and free parking available on site.

By train
The closest train station is Moreton-in-Marsh (5 mile drive).

Trains run directly from London Paddington, Reading, Oxford & Worcester. There are regular trains. Journey time from London Paddington is approx. 1.5 hours

Parking

There is ample free tracked field parking available or the option of booking pre-paid hardstanding parking.

You will need to display your parking pass on arrival and will be directed by car park attendants. Please follow their instructions to ensure all guests are parked as efficiently and safely as possible.

 

Tickets

Please have your tickets ready for scanning at the entrance. They can be scanned directly from your phone or can be printed.

 

Bag Checks

Our security team will be operating bag checks at the entrance of the Fair. This is a requirement of the event and we ask for your co-operation with this.

 

Dogs

We love dogs but due to the nature of the event, only guide dogs are permitted at the Fair. Please do not leave any dogs in vehicles.

 

Children & Babies

We ask that you purchase a ticket for all children over the age of 12. Babies and younger children are free of charge. There are baby changing facilities available on site.

 

Disabled Access

The Fair is hosted in a marquee which is accessible for wheelchair users. There are also disabled toilets onsite. As we are located in a field, the ground from the carpark to marquee can be uneven. Please ask our car parking staff should you need assistance. They will be very happy to help.

 

Workshops

Interactive workshops will take place throughout the Fair where you will make your own item to take home. Tickets can be booked online when purchasing your Fair entry tickets, or as a later add on. As spaces are limited, we ask that you only reserve one space per person.

 

Demonstrations

All demonstrations are complimentary and included in your ticket price. Please reserve your space online when purchasing your tickets, or as a later add on. As spaces are limited, we ask that you only reserve one space per person. Please arrive promptly for your booking.

 

Food & Drink

Refreshments and meals will be available to purchase throughout the Fair from the Potted Goose Café and Herd Café. We also have several coffee bars and other food vendors on site. We kindly ask that you don’t bring your own food or drink.

 

Stallholder Stock

All stands will be fully stocked for the duration of the Fair

 

Fair Purchases

In general all stallholders will take card payments. We advise bringing some cash along just in case or should you wish to make a donation to WellChild.

 

Ticket Refunds

We are unable to refund the cost of any tickets purchased. Refunds will only be available if the event is cancelled.
