Please provide registrations for any vehicles that need access to the fair site (comma separated). If hiring a van please confirm 7 days before to ensure entry.
Please type in VAT registration number (if not registered type "0")
I will reduce my plastic packaging and use eco friendly bags
I am aware that all parking is on the Cotswold Fair event field and fines may be issued for parking outside of this designated space.
I will vacate my stall and leave it as I found it, removing ALL of my rubbish by 6.30pm on Thursday 9th November. Any rubbish left at your stall will be charged at £50
I am aware the gates to the fair will shut at 16.00pm on Monday 6th November. I will not have vehicle access from 16.00pm
It is my responsibility to keep a record of all stand booking information. Please ensure that you keep a copy for reference. Cotswold Fair will not be responsible for confirming any of this information at any point during the lead up to the fair.
I will bring a copy of my Public Liability insurance to the fair.
I consent to having Cotswold Fair collect my name, email and any other information in this form
All stallholders need to meet mass events H&S requirements in place at time of the event

I will provide a suitable prize for the raffle of the value of £15

I agree to abide by the parking and security regulations in force at the venue and only keep my vehicle on site whilst loading and unloading at the allocated time
I agree to follow all reasonable instructions given by Bazaar Events in respect of location, make up, promotion and manning of my stand and will attend the event for the times indicated above.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in exclusion from the fair
– We will be unable to refund any amount should the exhibitor withdraw prior to or during the event.
In the event of the charity cancelling the reservation fee (less £50 for admin) will be refunded if the event is cancelled prior to commencing.
An invoice will be sent with the total fee plus VAT
