We are now all very used to the COVID-19 guidelines we must adhere to when shopping but at the Cotswold Fair please rest assured that we are committed to offering a shopping environment where all visitors, stallholders, event contractors and involved parties feel safe and protected at all times. We will continue to be led by current government guidelines and will endeavour to keep you updated on any amends which may affect you.
OUR COVID COMMITMENT
1) All attendees must have:
Two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days before attending OR a negative Lateral Flow Test result on the same day as attending.
You will be asked for proof of double vaccination (via your NHS COVID app) or proof of your negative lateral flow test at the entrance so please have these ready.
We are mask friendly – we encourage visitors, stallholders and staff to wear a mask particularly in crowded areas.
Hand sanitise regularly – there are stations throughout the venue
Consider others personal space and keep to social distancing guidelines
2) For the safety of all visitors and stallholders, please do not enter if –
You are feeling unwell or have any COVID-19 symptoms
You have you been told to self-isolate
Have had a positive lateral flow or PCR test
Have been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive
You are awaiting PCR test results
* All attendees must agree to leave immediately should they develop COVID-19 symptoms during the event.
EVENT SAFETY MEASURES

Increased aisle widths and distance between stands to make it easier to navigate around the event whilst maintaining social distancing
One way system with a separate entry and exit point
Limited touch points – promoting contactless payment and only selling advance tickets
Monitoring the overall number of guests and exhibitors in attendance to ensure a comfortable environment for all
Frequent and enhanced cleaning of public areas, toilets, and touch points around the venue
Hand sanitiser stations and hand washing facilities throughout the venue – we encourage all visitors and exhibitors to regularly utilise them
HOW YOU CAN HELP
Adhere to the guidelines as outlined above & where possible, ensure you follow public health guidelines whilst in public
Practise safe social distancing and keep at least 1 metre + from fellow guests, exhibitors and staff wherever possible
Use the hand-sanitiser and/or wash hands regularly throughout your visit
While face masks are no longer compulsory, we encourage attendee’s to wear masks
To ensure we practise safe social distancing there may be increased waiting times and queuing throughout various aspects of your visit. We ask you to be as patient as possible
