We are now all very used to the COVID-19 guidelines we must adhere to when shopping but at the Cotswold Fair please rest assured that we are committed to offering a shopping environment where all visitors, stallholders, event contractors and involved parties feel safe and protected at all times.  We will continue to be led by current government guidelines and will endeavour to keep you updated on any amends which may affect you.    

OUR COVID COMMITMENT

1) All attendees must have:

These can all be demonstrated via your NHS COVID Pass on the NHS App.

2) All attendees must agree NOT to attend if:

You are feeling unwell, including a high temperature, new continuous cough, and a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste.
 

You have you been told to self-isolate 
 

Anyone in your household suffering with COVID-19 symptoms
 
 

3) All attendees must agree to leave immediately should they develop COVID-19 symptoms during the event.

4) All attendees must agree to be always considerate to those around them and respectful of all safety measures at the show.

While face masks are no longer mandatory, we do encourage visitors, exhibitors, and staff to wear one in crowded areas.

EVENT SAFETY MEASURES

We have increased the aisle widths and the distance between stands to make it easier to navigate around the event whilst maintaining social distancing 

There will be a one way system with a separate entry and exit point

To limit touch points we are selling advance tickets only 

We will be limiting the overall number of guests and exhibitors in attendance at our events to ensure a comfortable environment for all 

Frequent and enhanced cleaning of public areas, toilets, and touch points around the venue
 

Hand sanitiser and/or hand washing facilities throughout the venue, and we will encourage all visitors and exhibitors to regularly utilise them
 

Contactless payments will be encouraged at the show
