Please provide registrations for any vehicles that need access to the fair site (comma separated). If hiring a van please confirm 7 days before to ensure entry.
You are required to follow the parking instructions of car park attendants at all times.
Advertising Opportunities
In 2019 the fair was attended by over 4,500 people, with 50% of attendees earning a household income of over £100k and 20% over £250k. Each visitor is handed a Stallholders Directory. This is a clear and cost-effective advertising opportunity for any business wishing to reach this high quality ABC1 audience.

We encourage each stallholder to distribute printed fair advertising material to new and existing customers. Examples include; handing out in your shops, including in mail orders, posting to your mailing list. Please only request what you will use to eliminate waste.

I agree to donate 10% of my takings (with no deductions other than VAT, if registered) to WellChild, the charity for seriously ill children, at the end of the fair on Thursday 9th November * If we have reason to suspect you have not donated your full 10% of takings to the charity we will not invite you to future fairs

CANCELLATION TERMS
– We will be unable to refund any amount should the exhibitor withdraw prior to or during the event.
In the event of the charity cancelling the reservation fee (less £50 for admin) will be refunded if the event is cancelled prior to commencing.
